On 25 December 2013, at 6:00 PM in Bulgaria Hall, the Sofia Boys’ Choir, under the direction of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adriana Blagoeva, will present its 25th traditional Anniversary Christmas Concert. The event is organized by the Sofia Philharmonic in collaboration with the Quarto Quartet, a Philharmonic ensemble renowned for its innovative approach.
The jubilee concert program, entitled “Christmas with Friends”, will offer music lovers and choir enthusiasts, together with the Quarto Quartet, a selection of Church Slavonic works, as well as compositions by Bach, Handel, Mozart, Haydn, Schubert, L. Spohr, and others. Special guests include violinist Ivan Vаglarov, vocalists Ralitsa Ralinova and Vladimir Gegov, flutist H. Pavlov, and organist Prof. Atanas Atanasov.
