The Association “Sofia Boys’ Choir” announces a Public Notice with the subject: “Media Publicity, Advertising, and Visualization for the First Edition of the International Choir Festival “The Boys Are Singing” with 7 Separate Lots”, as follows:
- Media Planning and Coverage
- Production of Advertising Packages
- Printing of Posters, Brochures, and Invitations
- Media Advertising and Broadcast of the Gala Concert on National Television
- Social Media Advertising
- Production of Photographs and Audiovisual Products
- Production of an Album
The procurement is funded under project BGCULTURE-2.001-0123-C01 International Choir Festival “The Boys Are Singing”, implemented with the financial support of the RA14 Programme “Cultural Entrepreneurship, Heritage, and Cooperation”, with contributions from Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, and the Kingdom of Norway, and through support from the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014–2021.

Submission of Offers:
Interested parties must submit their offers by 5:30 PM on September 13, 2023, to the following address:
29 Klokotnitsa Street, Sofia, entrance from Krastets Street – (Library of Community Centre “Tsar Boris III – 1928”), in a sealed opaque envelope.
Opening of Offers:
The offers will be opened on September 14, 2023, at 6:30 PM in Hall No. 43 at the National Music Academy “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov,” 94 Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd., Sofia.
