On 8 May 2016 (Sunday), at 11:30 a.m., in the Bulgaria Concert Hall, the Sofia Boys’ Choir at the Community Cultural Centre “Tsar Boris III – 1928” will take part in the First International Easter Choral Festival, organized by Classic FM Radio, the Bulgarian Choral Union, and partner institutions.
The choir’s programme features Church Slavonic and Catholic sacred music by Petko Staynov, Dmitry Bortniansky, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, John Rutter, and H. L. Moreno.
The guest soloist will be Ralitsa Ralinova (soprano).
Admission is free.
The same concert will also feature the Detska Kitka Choir from Plovdiv and the Varna Boys’ and Youth Choir.
